Well, it’s almost time! The local Farmer’s Market is getting ready to open and I’m gonna be all over those Grainger Co. maters! If none of you have tried these wonderful, delectable tomatoes, you’ve gotta do it this summer. They are the best tomatoes in the world, hands down.

When I was a kid, my mother and I used to go to this same Farmer’s Market and pick them out. She always let me do it even though I didn’t really have skills at picking maters. We always got mostly red maters and just one yellow one. The yellow maters are actually orange, which my kids don’t quite get yet. As an adult, I think the yellow ones are the tastiest. Now, I take my kids to this Farmer’s Market. It has been completely renovated and it’s super nice. I’m teaching them how to pick out those luscious maters. I think it’s great that we can support our local farmers.
